Free online tools for everyday questions

GlobalKit is a growing set of online tools. Each one answers a question people bring to a search box: how much is 15% of this price, what will this loan cost per month, how many tiles do I need for this floor. You open the tool, type your numbers and get the result in seconds, with a short explanation of how it was worked out so you can check it.

A kit is a set of tools gathered for one job, and that is how the site is organized. The tools sit in groups by what you are trying to do, and each tool links to the ones that usually come next.

What you can work out

Money and loans. Work out a loan payment and the interest it adds up to, see how a sum grows with compound interest or simple interest, add or remove VAT, measure the return on an investment or the profit margin on a sale.

Work and pay. Calculate a pay raise, including what it is worth after inflation. In Turkish there is also a gross overtime pay calculator based on the Labor Law.

Home and travel. Estimate the paint and tiles a room needs, measure an area, or find the fuel cost and consumption of a trip.

Everyday numbers. Work with any percentage, find an age or the days between two dates, compute a discount, check a body mass index, or convert between units with the unit converter.

All of these are collected on the calculators page.

Text. Count the words and characters of a draft, change its letter case, remove duplicate lines, sort lines, remove line breaks or compare two texts. They are listed on the text tools page.

Marketing. Tag a campaign link with the UTM builder, create a WhatsApp click-to-chat link, check a post against the social media character limits, or make a static QR code, a WiFi QR code or a vCard QR code. They are listed on the marketing tools page.

Developer. Generate a random or time-ordered UUID, encode and decode Base64, percent-encode a URL, draw a random password with its entropy shown, compute MD5 and SHA hashes or validate and format JSON. They are listed on the developer tools page.

How we keep the results reliable

  • Standard methods, shown on the page. Every calculator explains its formula, the rounding it uses and where it can mislead you.
  • Tested calculations. Each calculation is covered by automated tests that check normal cases, edge cases and invalid input.
  • Money is exact. Amounts are handled in whole cents rather than decimals that can drift, so totals add up.
  • Country rules are labeled. When a result depends on a country's tax or labor rules, the tool says which country and year it used instead of guessing.
  • Mistakes get fixed. If you find an error, tell us through the contact page and it is corrected on the page.

Private and quick

The tools run in your browser. What you type is not uploaded, there is nothing to install and no account to make, and the pages are built to load fast on a phone. For what little the site does keep, such as your region and theme preference, see the privacy policy. The results are general information, so for decisions with real consequences read the disclaimer and confirm important figures with a professional.
